Terms of sale
Written in plain language. Buying from this site means you agree to them.
Who we are
Kudzu Lane is a small-batch soap maker in Carroll County, Tennessee. This site is our shop.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken by PayPal when you place the order; we never see your card number. An order is accepted when we email a confirmation. If something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will tell you and refund that item.
Our products
Every bar is handmade, so size, colour and swirl vary a little from the photos. Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the label. Most bars are tallow-based; a few are made with plant oils only and say so. We make no medical claims. If you have allergies, read the ingredients, and stop using a bar if it does not agree with your skin.
Shipping, pickup and returns
See shipping & returns. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers, or when you collect at the market.
Subscriptions
"Subscribe and save" prices are offered at checkout. Renewals, changes and cancellations are handled by email until automatic billing is in place; nothing renews without your say-so.
Discount codes
One code per order. Codes can have minimums, dates and use limits, and we may withdraw a code that is being abused.
Reviews
Reviews you submit may be shown on the site with your name and town once we have read them. We do not publish email addresses and we remove reviews that are abusive or off topic.
Your account and privacy
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. How we handle your information is in the privacy page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee.
