Shipping

We ship within the United States by USPS or UPS from our workshop in Carroll County, Tennessee. Orders over $50 ship free; smaller orders pay a flat rate shown in your bag. In-stock orders leave within 3 to 5 business days, and you get a tracking number by email when they do.

Soap is cured for four weeks before it is sold, so what you receive is ready to use. Bars are wrapped in paper and packed so they arrive without dings.

Pick up at the market

Choose "Pick up at the market" at checkout and there is no shipping charge. We bring your order to our next farmers market table, or reply to your confirmation email to arrange another time. Our market days are on the markets page.

Sales tax

Tennessee sales tax is added to orders delivered within Tennessee and to market pickups. Orders shipped to other states are not taxed by us.

If something is not right

Soap is a personal thing, and skin varies. If a bar arrives damaged, or it simply does not suit you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund of the bar's price. Because soap cannot be resold once it has been used, we do not need it back; a photo helps if it arrived damaged.

Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with and usually show up within a few business days of us sending them.
